The short version
- This page is for people in Washington, Nevada and other US states with consumer health data laws. It adds to our Privacy Policy.
- We collect your health data only to run Alpha Health for you. We don't sell it.
- You can see it, get a list of who receives it, delete it and withdraw your consent, in the app or by email.
01Who we are
Alpha Health is provided by Alphazulu LLC. For anything on this page, write to info@alphazulu.group.
02The health data we collect
"Consumer health data" means information that identifies you and is about your physical or mental health. In Alpha Health that is:
- Your health record: whatever you log or answer. Meals, water, weight and body measurements, workouts, medicines and the doses you take, habits, vitals, symptoms, cycle tracking, check-in photos and lab reports.
- Your plan and the questions it asks, such as the safety check, family history, and tobacco and alcohol use.
- Your sex, which you give when you sign up.
- If you allow it, steps, weight, heart rate, sleep, water and workouts read from Apple Health or Health Connect.
- What you give an AI feature, such as a meal photo, a voice note, a lab report or a question.
- What the app works out from these, such as your daily targets.
We don't collect your precise location.
03Where it comes from
- From you: what you type, say or photograph in the app.
- From your phone's health app: Apple Health or Health Connect, only if you allow it. The app only reads.
- From your watch: the Alpha Health Apple Watch app. It saves the workouts you finish on the watch to Apple Health, so they count toward your Activity rings, and writes nothing else.
04Why we use it
- To keep your health record and run the features you use.
- To answer you when you use an AI feature. The app asks before the first one sends anything.
- To show the people you choose what you chose to share with them.
- To keep the service safe and working.
We collect and use it only with your consent, and only for these reasons.
05Who receives it
Only the companies below, and only to do a job you asked for.
| Who | What is sent | When |
| Anthropic, DeepInfra, Groq or OpenAI | What you give an AI feature, and the parts of your log the answer needs | When you use an AI feature, after you've allowed it |
| Railway, Cloudflare | Everything we store, kept on our behalf | Hosting the app and your files |
| Google | The backup file | Only if you switch on Google Drive backup |
| Open Food Facts, USDA FoodData Central | The food name or barcode you searched | Looking up a food. Nothing that identifies you is sent. |
| People you choose | A summary of the areas you chose for each person | Only if you share with them. You can stop at any time. |
These companies may use it only to do that job. They may not sell it or use it for advertising. We share it with police or a court only when the law requires it, and only the minimum.
06We don't sell it
- We don't sell your consumer health data, rent it or trade it.
- We don't use it for advertising, and we don't give it to advertisers, data brokers, employers or insurers.
- We don't set up geofences around places where people get health care.
07Your rights
You can:
- confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data
- see it and take a copy, with a list of every third party that has received it and how to contact them
- delete it. We also tell the companies above to delete it.
- withdraw your consent
- appeal if we turn down your request
We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.

We answer within 30 days, and may ask you to confirm it's really you. If you disagree with our answer, reply with "Appeal", and someone who didn't handle your first request will look again.
09If you're not satisfied
If your appeal is turned down, you can complain to your Attorney General:
