Alpha Health is made by AlphaZulu Group. If you want to ask about anything on this page, write to info@alphazulu.group.
Your name, your email address, and your sex. Then either a password — kept only as a hash, never as the password itself — or a sign-in from Google or Apple.
Whatever you log: weight, body measurements, meals, water, medications, habits, workouts, lab reports and check-in photos.
If you allow it, Alpha Health reads steps, weight, heart rate, sleep, water and workouts from Apple Health or Health Connect, so you don't type them twice. It only reads. It never writes anything back.
Check-in photos and the lab report files you attach.
For each AI request we record the date, which feature, which model answered and how many tokens it took. That is how the free allowance is counted. We do not record what you asked or what came back.
We do not collect your location. On iPhone you may see a location prompt. That comes from a workout-route feature inside Apple Health itself, which Alpha Health does not request, record or send anywhere.
The app's servers and database run on Railway. Photos and report files are stored on Cloudflare R2. This website is served by Cloudflare.
Only the companies below, and only to do a job you asked for. Nobody else.

These providers process what they are given to return a result, under their own terms. We do not use your health data to train AI models.
Settings has an export. It writes one JSON file holding your profile, goals, logs, medications, check-ins and reports.
Settings also deletes your account. That removes your record, your check-in photos and your report files, and strips your rows out of the AI usage log. It cannot be undone.
Drive backup is off unless you switch it on, and you can disconnect it at any time. Alpha Health uses the per-file Drive permission, so it can only see the files it created.
Until you delete your account. There is no other clock.
Alpha Health is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly hold their data. If you believe a child has an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Alpha Health is a logbook and a coach. It is not a doctor, and nothing in it is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment. AI features can be wrong. Talk to a clinician about your health, and never delay care because of something the app said.
The date at the top changes when this page does. If a change matters to you, we will say so in the app rather than leave you to find it here.
