These terms are between you and AlphaZulu Group, who make Alpha Health. Using the app means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
This is the most important thing on the page.
Alpha Health helps you record what you eat, take and do, and suggests things based on it. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe. The AI features can be confidently wrong — about a food, a lab result or a medicine.
Check anything that matters with a qualified clinician. Never start, stop or change a medicine because of the app. Never delay care because of it. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Your logs, photos and reports stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can do its job, and that permission ends when you delete your account.
Do not upload anything you do not have the right to upload, and do not upload another person's medical records without their consent.
Do not attack the service or try to break it. Do not try to reach another person's record. Do not scrape it, resell it, or run it as part of another product.
A free account includes a set number of AI uses for each feature. Pro removes that limit.
Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple or Google, not by us. They renew automatically until you cancel, and you cancel them in the App Store or the Play Store — turning off Pro in the app does not stop the billing. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's rules.
Alpha Health is currently distributed to testers. Expect bugs, expect features to change, and expect the occasional problem. Use the export in Settings to keep your own copy of anything you cannot lose.
We try to keep the service up and the data intact, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose anything. Features may change or be withdrawn.
Alpha Health is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data you did not export. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will say why where we can.
The date at the top changes when this page does. If a change is material, we will tell you in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, where AlphaZulu Group is registered. A dispute about them is brought before the courts of the United States. If the law where you live gives you rights these terms cannot take away, those rights stand.
