The short version
- Delete your account from inside the app: Settings, then Delete my account.
- If you cannot open the app, email us and we will delete it for you.
- Everything you logged is removed. It cannot be undone.
01In the app
- Open Alpha Health and sign in.
- Open the menu and tap Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom. Below Sign out, tap Delete my account.
- Enter your password to confirm. If you sign in with Google or Apple, type DELETE instead.
Want a copy first? In Settings, tap Download my data before you delete.
02By email
If you cannot open the app, write to info@alphazulu.group from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
We check that the request comes from the account’s owner, delete the account, and reply to confirm.
03What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in. Every signed-in device is signed out.
- Everything you logged: meals, workouts, medicines, readings, habits, symptoms, cycle and check-ins.
- Your check-in photos and lab report files.
- Files the app made in your Google Drive, and its access to your Drive. Sign in with Apple access is revoked too.
- Your rows in the AI usage log, and any crash reports from your account.
04What is not
- A Pro subscription is billed by Apple or Google. Deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
- Anything you shared yourself, such as a summary sent to your doctor or an export file, stays where you sent it.
- Data in Apple Health or Health Connect stays on your phone. Alpha Health does not change it.
